PROCESSING TIME

Processing time means the time it takes me to package your order and get it ready to be shipped. I will do my best to process all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. Keep in mind this is only processing time and you should take shipping time into consideration. (Also, heads up – weekends and holidays aren’t counted in processing and shipping times.)

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

U.S. Orders

All U.S. orders over $50 will get free shipping. For orders under $50, you can view your shipping cost at checkout. Shipping rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of the order. Orders will ship standard which can take 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind this does not include processing time which takes 1-3 business days.

Canada Orders

We currently only ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Shipping rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of the order. You can view your shipping cost at checkout. Please keep in mind we do not pay for customs, duty, import, taxes or any other extra charges, so you will need to cover them, if applicable. Shipping to Canada can take 2-5 business days. This does not include processing time which takes 1-3 business days. 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Please be sure you are entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will need to pay for shipping again... and well, that's no fun. (So just double-check that address, friends!)

LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Please make sure you are entering the address correctly. We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business and just getting our little party started over here.
